SHIPPING POLICY

Because each item is handcrafted, we require a little time to prepare your order.

• Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

• Customized orders: May take longer depending on the request

• Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)

You will receive an email or message once your order is packed and shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–8 business days

• Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays by courier partners, weather issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product weight

• Delivery location

• Current courier rates

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking link

• Name of the courier partner

• Expected delivery date

You can use the tracking link anytime to check your order status.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate.
If a delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address

• Incomplete address

• Unreachable phone number

• Customer unavailability

Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Refused or Missed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or the courier couldn’t complete delivery after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may be required to resend the order.

7. International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
If this changes in the future, we will update this section.

8. Damage During Transit
We carefully pack every order, but if a product arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share photos/videos as proof

• We will assist you based on our Return & Refund Policy
